Procore Produces Productivity

We use Procore as our primary project management tool. All contract documents, submittals, RFI's, Drawings, Daily Reports, Safety Documents are managed through Procore. Additionally, we use the Documents tool to provide a platform for all project participants to access and upload documents. As project administration, responsible for document control and contract documents, Procore has made a world of difference inefficiency.

Currently, the only integration we use is DocuSign. Which works well, and is a great tool. DocuSign although has increased pricing by over 300% since we first started with the integration 5 years ago. They are heavy on sales and light on support. As soon as another signature platform reaches functionality similar, we will change. One thing I truly feel that Procore could improve on is advocating for its customers to these 3rd party platforms. Procore will not advocate or negotiate pricing on our behalf with DocuSign. We do plan on integrating accounting software with Procore in the next 2 years.

Daily logs are entered by our superintendents and I do not have enough experience to speak to this function.

I'm not sure if Procore has specifically attracted staff, but having the latest tools available to potential employees is important in today's markets.
