Overall Satisfaction with Prophix

Within Prophix, we house all of our data within it. This includes Budget and Actuals. We pull reporting templates and analyze most of our information from Prophix. We use this information for Board Meeting Slide Decks, Analyze department to department trends, and many other report techniques. We store this information both at a product level and a business unit level too.

This is not applicable to us as an organization really. The most we use Prophix at this level is to pull prior actuals for them to get an idea of trends

Being able to build reports easily that you can use month to month is a huge advantage with Prophix. This makes out month to month report a lot easier, faster, and able to analyze the information a lot quicker. Within Ad Hoc analysis, if you drill down on a certain section, you do not have an option to return to the original report unless you saved it as a template which is less than desirable.

Growing with Prophix

It has been very easy to work with prophix and what we want from our reporting standards. Because of their processes, we have been able to streamline our reporting which is key for analysis
We are using it for headcount analysis. We evaluate from year to year for growth, decline and things like that
I was not involved in that process during my time
