Overall Satisfaction with Prophix
At this point in time Prophix is being used for Operational Expense budgeting. In doing so we have created a user friendly environment that allows users to login and input their budget data into a Data Entry template. That data is then used for budget to actual analysis throughout the year. This data allows management to make more informed decisions by viewing the data in dynamic and close to real time reporting.

In the past, we have done generally well while relying on excel for budgeting processes. In this case Prophix has done a great job at engaging end users in the budgeting process with dynamic reports and personalized dashboards. Overall, implementing Prophix took some time but the efficiencies down the road are very apparent.
I was not specifically part of the selection process, but it is my understanding that Prophix's security model played a big part in choosing the platform. Gaining efficiencies from processes that were previously done manually in excel was another driving factor. Additionally, a strong reasoning for choosing Prophix was the end user engagement with dashboards and ease of access to information.
