Overall Satisfaction with Qlik Sense
Qlik Sense is being used in the number departments, however, it is a strategic BI/Analytical tool in our organization. It supports our reporting and analytical needs, and allows for faster data delivery and the more efficient use of data.
- Great visualizations
- Drilling down and finding correlations
- Questions that were not asked
- Working with large data sets might be slow.
- QVD "chaining" is not straightforward.
- Better support on the on-demand apps generation.
- The financial impact is difficult to measure. Users are mostly satisfied.
- The creation of Apps is not trivial for "normal" users. Very limited use for the self-service model.
- The tool proved to be efficient enough that BI/analytical organizational capabilities are growing.
We found Qlik Sense provided better governance and the ability for IT to retain some control of how the data is collected and used. In-memory analytics model also stood out.
