Overall Satisfaction with Qualtrics
Qualtrics is used as a survey tool across campus at Ohio University. It is currently being used by the whole organization and has replaced many other survey methods. Earlier this academic year, the institution upgraded their use of Qualtrics to include the document upload and so now, the scope of Qualtrics has been further broadened to include applications.
- Great customer care. I have had to contact Qualtrics for assistance a few times. I have gotten very timely responses with great feedback.
- Easy to access. The help and support sections are very easy to navigate.
- Keeps their customers informed about changes through tutorials and videos. This definitely sets them apart from other providers.
- They are culturally adaptable. It takes into consideration the platforms that they perform through, be it mobile platforms, new updates, etc.
- Templates for email distributions, messages, etc.
- Ability to import surveys from Word or PDF formats
- The response rates continue to be limited to about 30-40% even with improvements using Qualtrics.
- It is easier to retrieve data and compile information.
I prefer Qualtrics to the other survey products. Especially being able to retrieve results in the form of Excel sheets.
