Overall Satisfaction with Qualtrics
Saint Louis University uses Qualitrics to develop surveys in many different areas. I developed a survey using Qqualtrics for a research study from which we collected data from the survey. I am in the process of developing a survey using Qualtrics for another research study to collect data from residents in training at the university.
Pros
- Qualtrics is very easy to design.
- The ability to use blocks has been a great tool along with the multiple different question types.
- Randomization is another tool that we are currently using and seems to work very well. We are randomizing sets of questions using blocks.
- Data Analysis is clear and the ability to download the data to a CSV file is particularly helpful to us.
Cons
- End of Survey functions could be a little clearer to implement.
- Qualtrics helped us collect data for a research project that resulted with a published paper and will help physicians with patient care.
