We use Quantum Metrics on our Mobile App, Mobile Website, and desktop website, to understand our customers' behavior, identify the hidden struggles and issues that they face, and to prioritize the identified problems or opportunities. All the verticals within the Product Management team use it for quantitative research, using the heavily customizable dashboards, or for qualitative user research, by analyzing customers' session playbacks.

The dashboards, due to them being extremely customizable, are also a little complex. The usability of them is also something that needs some work. Despite that, the Customer Success team will make sure you are able to gather all the information you need, and assists you with training and examples of identified issues or opportunities.
From Day 1, we've had a great experience with the team. During the Proof of Value phase, the team was extremely helpful in setting up the dashboards and helping us with the analysis, where every week we would get newly identified issues to send over. After the POV phase, the support continued with the team customizing the dashboards to every individual team's needs.
Quantum Metric is well suited if you are looking for a cross-platform tool that supports not only web or only app. The tool is also really well suited in big teams with different product teams, as every product team can have customized dashboards.
