Overall Satisfaction with Qubit

This tool is being used only on the Marketing department for our A/B testing and collection of customer feedback

Pros

  • Captures Customer feedback
  • Is easy to set up basic tests
  • Allows for several exceptions and rules

Cons

  • On visitor opinion it could allow us to set in an easier way the look and copy of the pop up box
  • The tagging could be more accurate on the visitor opinion
  • Setting up the tests could be more user friendly
It wasn't my decision. This tool had already been purchased by the company.
On Visitor opinion it constantly tags positive feedback as negative and vice versa. It also tags bugs where nothing is mentioned regarding bugs or other issues which aren't the ones described. But I appreciate that this isn't a straight forward function.
