Overall Satisfaction with Qubit

We use Qubit across all three of our domains in the company. We mainly use it for A/B testing as it's easy to collect and analyse data, and we also use it to add custom features on [our] site that are temporary. In some cases, it's easier to use Qubit for certain campaigns rather than changing the structure of existing pages and releasing.
  • Quick implementation and deployment.
  • Good analytics dashboard.
  • Being able to save segments is a good new feature as it saves lots of time.
  • Takes a while for the tests to inject, sometimes it's visibly noticeable. Would be good to have an option whether to include jQuery or not which could reduce the library size and improve the loading speed.
  • Sometimes Qubit engineers write complex code for tests that should be a few lines of code.
  • On a few occasions there have been live issues with segmentation etc, which has caused tests specific to certain smaller markets to become visible to all markets.
I have not personally used anything similar to Qubit and I was not involved in the decision to use Qubit.
Qubit is great for quick code deployment. There have been a few occasions where there are live issues and Qubit has been extremely useful for temporary instant fixes. Although the A/B testing is a great feature, we could probably build something in-house that is faster visibly. This is the biggest problem with Qubit - the speed of loading the code and tests.
