Overall Satisfaction with Qubit

Qubit is being used as a personalization engine to A/B test features. We also use Qubit to give our design team quick and easy access to allow them to add or modify content that is added to users' unique personalization while browsing the website.

Pros

  • Qubit's support is fantastic, very knowledgeable of the current industry.
  • Qubit allows us to quickly iterate over new versions of features to A/B test.

Cons

  • The workflow, for developers, could be more well-documented. But perhaps I haven't found the documentation for this.
Qubit is great for personalization, but I've heard from our analytics team that pulling custom segments could be improved in terms of reporting.

Using Qubit

The Qubit platform suits are needs well and the usability is good for our current needs. The reason for the current score is because I don't feel overly enthusiastic about the usability, but I do feel it suits all of our needs satisfactorily
