Overall Satisfaction with Qubit

Qubit is currently being used by our Omnichannel and Digital department to set up new experiences, test new experiences, understand trends and finally make an informed decision to go for a permanent solution on our website platform. It currently solves our key problem of lead time to have experiences set up and running on our website platform as it requires releases whereas Qubit provides a way of doing it almost immediately.

Pros

  • Super low time to market for experiences

Cons

  • Missing: Industry suggestions for new experiences, suggestion of goals for existing experiences
  • Missing: Email preview links functionality
  • Missing: Enhanced design tool to do basic design related experiences on Qubit itself
Key points that keep us close to Qubit are its knowledgeable resources, presentation and UI, ease of getting trained, ease of use, low time to market, analytics and reports.
Well Suited: Tag management, personalized experiences, segment study, marketing campaigns, seasonal design upgrades, quick corrections on website, industry trends
Not appropriate: Heavy front end changes

Using Qubit

Overall navigation on Qubit is very user friendly and requires a minimal training to be up and running. Be it reviewing existing experiences or setting up new experiences, the process is pretty simple for business user. Add some basic development skills to your kitty, you can do magic with Qubit and make your website do wonders!
