Overall Satisfaction with Quick Base
Quick Base is used in a variety of capacities to improve the overall operational experience and improve workflows. It is used across multiple departments to quickly and easily develop applications to meet a myriad of business needs. This includes efforts to track some basic invoices, records, or other complex tasks.
- Easy to learn
- Deep complexity
- Intutive
- Limited targeted walk throughs.
Based on my limited experience with the product and organization, QuickBase has allowed the organization to quickly develop and maintain custom business applications without needing to invest in professional development.
- Improving our ability to drive insights from our data
- Improving collaboration across one or more teams
- Solving a specific business challenge
Depending on what you want to update within Quickbase, it can be easy to update and maintain. Maintaining basic entries and forms is rather easy to deal with or making basic updates. Once you move beyond basic updates to data, such as adding new fields or making new relationships, it can get a little more cumbersome. It isn't hard, only time consuming to go through and move items or relate to fields and tables.

Integrations and Governance
- Outlook
- Slack
We have looked at Integration with Outlook and Slack at the surface level only at this time. Basic integration with both of these solutions is fairly straight forward with Quickbase new integration solution Pipelines. They are quick to learn and relatively easy to use.
We have leveraged the user management capabilities within Quick Base to control who has access to what data within the application. This is particularly useful when dealing with HIPAA and PHI issues.
