Overall Satisfaction with QuickBase
QuickBase is being used by the Economic Development Department to track leads, visits, and integrations with existing businesses, and manage projects.

- Would like to see more possibilities for database interaction without upgrading to next membership tier (which isn't feasible for us since we don't require that many licenses)
- Would be nice if more automation was available out of the box
We have definitely achieved this benefit. We were up and running in no time. As we designed the applications to fit into our organization's processes, there was little learning curve.
As I mentioned before, after evaluating other CRMs we got the impression that we would have to adapt our workflow to those CRMs. We chose Quickbase because we could build an app based off of our current workflow. Also, we were able to control changes/modifications without going through a third-party provider.
Building apps on Quickbase is not hard from a technical level but it requires you to really think through the process. Personally, I found the process to be helpful in evaluating our internal processes, the information we collect, and how it is used.

Updating forms is super easy. Updating database structures is a bit more difficult. You need to make sure to have the database structure from the start to avoid headaches.
