Overall Satisfaction with QuickBase

QuickBase is being used by the Economic Development Department to track leads, visits, and integrations with existing businesses, and manage projects.

Pros

  • Easy to Set Up
  • Fully Customizable
  • Strong Standard Features

Cons

  • Would like to see more possibilities for database interaction without upgrading to next membership tier (which isn't feasible for us since we don't require that many licenses)
  • Would be nice if more automation was available out of the box
As I mentioned before, after evaluating other CRMs we got the impression that we would have to adapt our workflow to those CRMs. We chose Quickbase because we could build an app based off of our current workflow. Also, we were able to control changes/modifications without going through a third-party provider.
We chose QuickBase after evaluating numerous CRM programs. QuickBase was chosen as other CRMs would require us to adjust our workflow to fit their mold while QuickBase allowed us to design a custom solution according to our internal processes.
