Overall Satisfaction with Quickbase
Bids are submitted from various clients for hundreds of sites. Instead of passing Excel sheets around, all the data is centralized. All departments involved can input their data. The Project Admin reviews & confirms all data & finally submits [it] back to the client to be awarded/contracted to fulfill the orders of the sites. By digitizing data, we have centralized the data for all departments making it easier to show analytics.
Pros
- [It] can be a quick setup but normally should be done as with any system to have discussions about the application requirements
- Great reporting
- Easy to setup notification to alert other users
- One developer can almost keep up with (2) full time web developers
- Pipeline enhances the process automation
- Code Pages add value when connecting to external sites (i.e., Google Maps) to retrieve distance, Lat & Long, and much more

- Microsoft Power Automate (formerly microsoft flow)
Quickbase is very versatile and unlimited for quickly meeting [the] needs of our company. Power Automate was very behind, but I am sure they will catch up exponentially.
