Overall Satisfaction with QuickBase

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We used QuickBase when searching for ways to become more organized as a department. When working with a team with different schedules, responsibilities, and functions, QuickBase allowed us to collect and share information with each other more easily. Allowing us to work more efficiently together toward achieving our departmental goals was a huge plus.

Cons

I don't really have any big complaints about QuickBase. It has a lot of great features.
As with any product of this type, I recommend trying the trial to see if it is a good fit for your company.

Alternatives Considered

Wrike and Basecamp

We tried various project management solutions when we spent most of our time with QuickBase. Each has their own advantages and disadvantages. I would recommend trying out all the trials, one at a time, then making your selection. It will save you in the long run. Be sure to give each product a proper chance.

Likelihood to Recommend

One of the key areas that we really saw the benefit was in project management. Prior to trying QuickBase, we relied mostly on Google Docs and email to be organized with our growing number of projects. As the number and complexity of our projects began to grow, it became obvious that this strategy was not going to work. QuickBase has so many customizable options, it's hard to think that one will not work for your company.
