Overall Satisfaction with Quickbase
Quickbase is a low-code, customizable platform that enables my team to digitize and streamline our business processes, from project management to customer relationship management, and more. The scope of use cases for Quickbase is vast, and it can be used across various departments within an organization, including sales, marketing, HR, IT, finance, and operations. One of the significant benefits of Quickbase is that it allows organizations to build custom applications without the need for extensive coding expertise. This means that users can develop their own solutions to address specific business problems, such as tracking inventory, managing employee data, or creating reports, among others. Quickbase can also integrate with various third-party tools, making it a versatile platform that can adapt to different workflows and requirements.
Pros
- Quickbase's has powerful reporting and analytical capabilities that allow users to analyze data and generate insights quickly.
- Quickbase - Pipelines offers integrations with a wide range of third-party tools. Such as Outlook, Twilio, DocuSign
- Quickbase can be easily customized to meet the user's need in every given situation.
Cons
- We would find it helpful if we would be able to see if a field is used in pipelines when looking at the usage.
- While Quickbase is designed to be customizable, the level of customization available is limited, particularly in terms of UI/UX customization.
- There are many limitations with the mobile app.
- With the new DocuSign - pipelines channel we were able to cut out much of the manual work involved in some of our processes.
- Quickbase - RESTful APIs allow us to access data easily and efficiently.
- With everything tracked in Quickbase this allows for greater accountability for team members.
