Overall Satisfaction with QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise

We use QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise as our GL and to book our order and generate invoices for the organization. We have it integrated with PipeDrive and Harvest as we book billable hours to projects. It's been an easy to use and intuitive ERP for a small but growing business.

Yes QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise has flexibility and some scalability built in that has allowed us to grow and the software to scale and evolve with the changes in number of orders, employees, projects etc to a certain point.
Overall the setup/implementation was an easy process and a lot of us was able to be done by us in finance with some guidance from Intuit and the services team to help with certain functions around best practices.
The dashboards and standard reports built into the software have allowed more real-time analysis and business leaders to drill into the information they need on P&Ls and Cash Flow management to run their part of the business.
It's a great compliment to these tools and works in conjunction to provide an end to end solution to run a consulting/project based business where there is a lot of volume and billable labor hours to track and maintain margin on.

I think QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise is good for an SMB or smaller organization that needs a cost-effective GL/ERP to help run all aspects of the business and keep the books and is great for growing/evolving companies to a certain point which I would say would be the $50M mark give or take depending on complexities of your business.
