Overall Satisfaction with QuickBooks Desktop Pro

I use it for A/P, A/R, invoices, payroll, customer and project management and it works with our TSheets for managing employee timecards.
  • Integrated with TSheets.
  • Easy and intuitive to use.
  • One program does everything I need.
  • QuickBooks customer service needs to be more like TSheets customer service, they are hands down the best customer service I have ever dealt with
  • The simplicity of anything. For example, processing payroll, is so streamlined that I can do it in just a few minutes with only a few keystrokes. Efficient!
  • Pulling reports with a few clicks of a mouse to provide to owners is a life saver!
Ten years ago at an architectural firm, we used a more "specialized" program for our field. It was awful! Cumbersome took so much time to do the things it did, and it didn't have anywhere near the capabilities of QuickBooks, let alone the ease. It was expensive, hard to use and only was able to do a few features.
Quickbooks Desktop Pro is well suited for any business, large or small to be organized and have one program do everything. I am not sure where it is less appropriate, even the smallest of businesses would benefit from using this.
