Overall Satisfaction with QuickBooks Desktop Pro

I use QuickBooks Desktop Pro across all our financial departments. I think it is easy to use, scalable, and efficient

  • I have some difficulty when invoicing and looking up the item to charge
  • Positive ROI because I could not work without it
QuickBooks Desktop Pro's overall usability is simple - it works
I think QuickBooks Online is better than QuickBooks Desktop Pro
