Overall Satisfaction with QuickBooks Online

I use QuickBooks in my business to do all my invoicing keep all my records for my accountant and every day on a daily basis. We also use QuickBooks to do all our reporting taxes and recording of everything we do in our business.

QuickBooks online may not be perfect, but it is the best game in town. Accessing QB from anywhere is fantastic. We have been using this product since 2010 and have had minimal issues. We have always gotten our questions answered in a timely fashion. TThe level of support really helps to keep our bookkeeping issues at a minimum.

QuickBooks Online is very suited for invoicing, profit and
loss products and items. I find it a little bit lacking in the area of finding
things in a certain way. But I must say on a day-to-day basis QuickBooks online
is very adequate for our business. I think that the way that they have helped
support is very good where you can leave your number and they call you back
within like 5 minutes.
