Overall Satisfaction with QuickBooks Online

I use QuickBooks Online to manage invoicing and financial reporting for my marketing firm. It simplifies bookkeeping, automates recurring invoices, and keeps everything organized come tax time. The biggest problem it solves is saving me time. I don't have to stress over manual data entry or missed expenses. It also gives me a clear view of cash flow, making financial decisions easier, faster.

I wish there were more reports... but overall, it's pretty intuitive, even for a non-finance major like myself. The automation features save me time, which is priceless. The only reason it's not a 10 is the reports, the initial learning curve, and a few bad customer support experiences that I've had in the past.
We went with Quickbooks because it was recommended to us by our accountant, as they too use Quickbooks.

QuickBooks Online is perfect for handling client invoicing, tracking expenses, and reconciling accounts. For example, I can quickly send invoices, set up recurring payments, and see which clients need a reminder—all in one place. It's also great for tax prep, keeping everything organized for my accountant. It's also super easy to invite bookkeepers or accountants in to do their magic (it's a favorite tool of theirs as well).
