Overall Satisfaction with QuickBooks Online Advanced
I highly recommend QB, it is a bit pricey for a small business operating on a tight budget with the market ups and downs, but it will save you and your team a lot of work, by utilizing all that this cloud based program has to offer. Just bite the bullet spend the money and you will see how much time it does save you. IT easy to learn and great for estimates and invoices to your clients, if you need a robust program for this feature.

Cons
- customer service is hard to use because they offshore their phone reps, hard to understand and often get no resolve to issues
- We had a problem with a notification that somebody had requested another account in our company name and I called in to report that we had not requested another account, I was advised they would get back with me, which never happened
- My major complain is lack of good english speaking customer support and their lack of follow through on issues that do arise. It's like they don't care because they are so big.
- organizes my estimate and invoice for all of our staff to be able to help a client whent hey call.
- Keeps track of our inventory if it is accurately input into the system.
- Over all a great program.
