We've used QuickBooks Pro for a little more than two years and it is being used by the entire organization. We use it to record time, create invoices, estimates, purchase orders, and account payables. QuickBooks Pro is a complete financial software that lets you manage your business finances in one place.
- The dashboard makes it easy to navigate.
- Lots of modules which includes Record Time, Purchase Orders, Create Invoices, Create Estimates.
- Ability to set reminders.
- Lots of customizable report templates.
- It didn't let me customize decimal places in invoices and estimates.
- It takes a long time to load.
- The maximum number of simultaneous users for QuickBooks Pro is three users.
- Lets you manage your business finances in one place, no need for multiple software.
QuickBooks Pro is complete and has all the feautures that we need.
