Overall Satisfaction with Raiser's Edge NXT
RE NXT is being used for Marketing and Development.
- We like integration with email marketing
- We like integration with events module
- We like integration with cloud based solution
- We would like to be able to print an envelope from RE Nxt cloud based solution
- We would like a short training video for a leadership director or a gala committee member to get around in the cloud-based solution
- We would mostly like integration in the database view with Outlook so we can use email
- Operational Efficiency
- Reduced IT expenditure due to cloud deployment
- Increased scalability due to cloud deployment
We are hopeful that these choices will come to pass. We are in the first 60 days of use and are still learning. Have found the chat help environment a challenge as chat support are not allowed to screen share. You can send email to them and screen captures, but cannot screen share so they can see your issues.
Again, we are a new user to two mods and hope that in our fall event, this increases our revenue a lot.
We have just signed up BBMS credit card processing also, again a new experience and have not had transactions come thru yet.
Also the events mod is not cloud-based yet, so that has some challenges.
But, we have never had a seating mod before, so we hope that works well for our November event (we have 400 guests) for a plated, assigned table dinner and gala.

We have worked with greater giving and constant contact products. We also use Eventbrite for our workshops registrations and free events. We have not evaluated MailChimp
