Overall Satisfaction with Raiser's Edge NXT
Our development office is using NXT to access donor information and to apply actions as they come up. NXT is much more user friendly than the traditional Raiser's Edge and gives our gift officers the flexibility to pull information, contact donors and committee members without asking a staff member to pull the information, and allows them to easily track their actions.
- Constituent information is easily accessible and mobile ready.
- Our gift officers love how they can modify their NXT to their work flow.
- Lists provide our gift officers with contact lists they can easily access.
- Lack of training has been an issue for our staff. The training we have been provided is not sequential and that is essential for some of our users. Information is not provided....you have to dig for it.
- We are a very small shop and taking the time to learn NXT without formalized training, we are piece-mailing our learning and it is not as effective as it should be. Self-teaching prevents you from learning all there is available to you.
- NXT has great features but is not making us more efficient at this point.

We have only been using the system for 5 months and due to lack of training, it will take us longer than we had hoped.
Somewhat but I feel that training has been very lacking and not personalized.
