Overall Satisfaction with Raiser's Edge NXT
Raiser's Edge NXT is being used by all of our fundraising department, as well as our senior leadership team who have partners they work with. It helps organize our donor info, allowing us to run reports, keep data aligned, schedule tasks, and so much more. Ultimately, it helps us evaluate our data and raise more money for our mission.
- Very easy to use.
- Intuitive technology- not difficult to get up to speed.
- Flexible. Many areas are adjustable to the needs of our organization.
- Some of the search functions could use improvement.
- Alerting to email would be helpful.
- It allows us to organize our gifts to better target different donor groups, giving us a higher ROI
- The wealth rating and prospect management tools helps us identify donors with high giving capabilities.
I have not used or evaluated other tools like NXT. We used eTapestry before NXT.
