Overall Satisfaction with Raiser's Edge NXT
We have been using Blackbaud's Raiser's Edge for over 5 years now. We switched over to the Raiser's Edge NXT about 2 years ago. We mostly use this product for our fundraising team. They love how intuitive it is and easy to learn. We have a new Fundraiser director and she can not get over how much she loves NXT. She said it has been the easiest database platform to learn. It really gives us so much freedom to use our database out on the field.

- Great reporting features built in
- Tons of partners that make it easy to do anything in your database
- Would be nice to have an app
- Wish we could do everything in one place (and not have to switch to the database view)

- Increase fundraising opportunities.
- Productivity when away from the office.
It is nice that all our data lives in one software. We also have a child sponsorship program and we were able to include that data in the NXT as well. It also goes along with other Blackbaud products like the FE NXT and our website. All the other software we had to do double data entry or have multiple open to find the data needed.
