This is a very powerful system, I love having all my candidates in one place. It is easy to use and easy to navigate. Both as an employee and as a people manager, this tool makes will make your life very easy for the recruiting and administration task work that comes with being both.
  • I like that the RecruitBPM is simple straight to the point and very easy to navigate through.
  • Collaboration between internal team members has been made so much easier by this software - no more delays as everything is in real time.
  • I think it is a wonderful tool for a start-up company to manage its recruitment program
Cons
  • I do like the idea of a desktop based product, and took a bit of time to get my head around the web portal customization.
  • It is flexible but not much to help incorporate local-type workflows regarding certain recruitment processes.
RecruitBPM's interface is very easy to use and feels easy to the eye. It is customisable to one's requirements, and I don't have any cons at this time, as I am still in a learning curve with adjusting recruiting model with module mapping, etc. But It has limited customisation of the career website. A new and fresh look for career websites is required.

  • With RecruitBPM I'm being able to manage several job boards from one location helps improve our productivity since we can do everything in one tab.
  • Has a slight learning curve for those who haven't used a CRM before. Otherwise an intuitive and easy-to-understand UI.
  • Easy to use and understand, got the hang of it after 10 mins love the dashboard where you can clearly see the number of candidates per role.
RecruitBPM will give the quick view of the candidate module with direct access to the resume.
- the parser to import data directly from the resume
- the possibility to rate candidates
- the dashboard and reports
-the job opportunity module

We are using RecruitBPM in all spectrum of out company from customer acquisition, customer relationship management, sourcing, recruiting, hiring, offer letters, e-onboarding, time and expense management and billing. It's an easy to learn and feature-rich product with custom workflows, like AI enabled sourcing, clients and candidates management, e-onboarding and e-sign features. I like that it is as feature-rich as Bullhorn or Jobdiva but it's easier to learn.
  • AI enabaled sourcing
  • Power Search
  • Recruiter Box
  • Bulk outreach to potential clients and candidates
  • One click agency resumes
Cons
  • Android App
  • 24/7 over the phone support
  • Longer training - more like 2 months
RecruitBPM is more suitable for volume hiring and where is speed is key. The product does really well on client and candidate relationship management with auto workflow and reminders.
Also in situations where clients require consent form since RecruitBPM has built e-sign at no additional cost.

RecruitBPM is not super supportive if you want the Andriod app. Even though RecruitBPM is mobile-friendly, it's not tailored for Android phones.

  • This has helped to generate more jobs and Zoom meetings with candidates.
  • Better and automated communications to build a better brand with candidates.
  • Native social media integration help to get mind-share with clients and consultants.
We felt RecruitBPM stacks up similarly against Bullhorn, Jobdiva or Vincere, but it's easier to learn and more affordable. We had demo and trail with half a dozen products and our choice was pure base on value. We felt it was a better and cost-effective alternative to big-budget ATS and CRMs in the industry.
More hands-on approach and they provided us unlimited 1:1 online training whenever asked. I do not like vendors who offer you only a few free sessions. where they got our attention the most was when they were able to customize their product to our unique needs for certain areas like agency resumes, certification tracking, and expense management.
Easy of you and fast learning experience. Usability and a minimal number of clicks were one of the key factors for us. Having built-in workflows, custom user access, and automation was a deal maker for us.
  • sourcing
  • recruiting
  • onboarding
  • time and expense management
  • works with QUICBOOKS but not with peachtree
  • drug testing
  • No payroll processing

It works great with apple and handheld products. Product adjust based on screen size. very easy to navigate

We use RecruitBPM for all of our sales, recruiting, and back office processes--from video interviews to billing and managing consultants. I like its ease of use and automation. AI-powered sourcing is definite plus. Built-in video interviewing was the deal maker for us.
  • Email campaigns
  • Automation
  • E-sign
  • Onboarding
  • Time system
Cons
  • Mobile app for Android
  • 24/7 coverage
  • On-site training
RecruitBPM is ideal to increase the speed to hire when hiring at volume due to built-in automation. Additionally, we needed remote/video interviews and we do not want to pay for video interviews since RecruitBPM has built-in video interviewing.

  • Since using RecruitBPM, we have reduced time to hire by 30%
  • We have been able to source faster due to automation
  • Our outreach to customers has increased by 55%
We found RecruitBPM most user friendly and feature rich for our business needs. It's a comprehensive solution for the entire recruiting, onboarding, and back office. But if you are looking for point-base solution like just CRM or just back office, this might be overkill. Price is very reasonable.

We were looking for the most cost-effective and all in one staffing software. We found RecruitBPM has AI-Powered Sourcing, video interviews, and back office. For the most part, I have been using RecruitBPM in order to search for potential candidates, new job postings, calendar, bulk mailing, recruiting reports and analytics, and resume storage.
  • Sourcing
  • Video Interviews
  • Email campaigns
Cons
  • 24/4 support
  • More free training
  • Cut data conversion under one week
If you are looking for all-in-one staffing software that has built-in AI soucing, video interviews, e-offer letters, e-onboarding, and Time and expense this is the right product at decent rates. It has an outstandingly customizable workflow and setup. Allows modifying the system to the customers’ prerequisites for each category of the the job we are working on.

  • We gained more productivity
  • We have able to secure more candidates using AI Matching in RecruitBPM
  • We have saved money as we are not paying 100 per user
Bullhorn is a great product and we have good experiences but it has a mix of many products bought separately and put together. So, integration is not native and seamless. On the other hand, RecruitBPM is all in one product. Bullhorn definitely has more products it's integrated with but it costs a lot of money almost 3 times what we paying per user.

We use RecruitBPM throughout our entire organization to manage pretty much everything we do. We are a Staffing/Consulting/Recruiting company that has over 40,000 contacts that need to be managed. Moreover, we need to make sure that we have a working career portal, API integration with our partners, and the ability to send out bulk emails. RecruitBPM does this and more.
  • Applicant Tracking is the name of the game with RecruitBPM, and it does this very, very well. We have no issues tracking our contacts, leads, companies, clients, and consultants.
  • The dashboard is beautiful. It has a collection of everything we need to know. It covers new leads, emails sent, job orders, sales and recruiting team items, and pretty much whatever else you'd like to customize.
  • The customer support is fantastic. There was something that we thought their platform was missing, and they added it in for us in less than a week.
  • It doesn't feel clunky like some of the other platforms do.
  • This is all you really care about, at the end of the day, right? Does it do what we need it to do? Yes. Is it expensive? Not even close.
Cons
  • It's not feature heavy like Salesforce or Bullhorn, but we also don't need it to be.
RecruitBPM is perfectly suited for small to midsize companies, and is tailored to staffing, recruiting, and consulting industries.

  • The ROI was quick. It wasn't expensive to install, and it's not expensive to have the month-to-month version.
  • We were able to get all of our job postings out from one place, so that saved a lot of time (and money) because we didn't have to have our recruiters posting individually.
  • The resume parsing feature was a huge benefit.
  • Integrated with MailGun, the bulk email function saved us countless hours and dollars from the system we had before. Moreover, the email analytics in the dashboard provided us with valuable insight as to how well our email campaigns were doing.
We've used cBiz (and a few of the big time platforms) in the past, but we haven't found anything that compares on the cost-benefit side of things. There really is minimal cost with RecruitBPM, and it does everything that we need it to do.
