Overall Satisfaction with Rescue
We use it for remote support to our users
Pros
- Remote support with ease. E.g by sending email links or via pin no access from a web link
- File Transfer back and forth with user computers
- Chat capability
Cons
- Currently the version satisfies all our needs.
- Can initiate remote support very quickly. End user doesnt need to have any installed software. Downtime for user is reduced.
- TeamViewer and AnyDesk
TeamViewer requires the client's/remote users TeamViewer version to be up to date in order to establish connectivity which is not the case with Rescue. Otherwise it ticks all the boxes. Never had issues with AnyDesk. Works well too however the software needs to be there on the remote users computer.
