Overall Satisfaction with Revel Systems
Revel is our POS system for our three retail locations. We have two corporate stores and one franchise location that we are able to monitor, through one URL, from anywhere. With Revel reporting we are able to track sales, royalties, and inventory. Revel has also integrated with COMO which is our customer loyalty platform.

- Revel Systems is a very simple POS to operate for our employees
- They are constantly improving and updating
- Revel has integrated with COMO
- Reporting is very straight forward and easy to use

- It can be difficult to track a particular item sold to a particular customer
- Some updates require a call to customer service to complete the process
- The POS is quick and easy to use
- Reporting is accessible anywhere from one URL
- Our rewards program is integrated with REVEL Systems for seamless transactions
- With the rising cost of materials and freight, we have been able to maintain our Gross Margin with the quick and easy reporting tools available to us
- The ability to have multiple POS stations at one establishment has helped to increase our sales by an average of 26%
