Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Used across the whole organization as a platform for managing benefits and PEO.
  • EEasy to understand.
  • Clear directions.
  • Friendly interface.
  • More explanation on how to use FSA.
  • Better details about life insurance.
  • Better detailing on when current options can be changed.
It has done a great job for my onboarding and setting up my account, whereas other platforms I used in the past were more confusing to use.

We are using it for several services related to the company, including benefits management.
Is well suited for PEO and benefit platform, it is easy to use for employees. I would not know how well suited it is for managing employee's accounts.
