Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use Rippling for our HR Management, benefits, time, and other tools. Every employee uses it to some degree. One aspect that many people appreciate is the org chart, so we can quickly identify reporting relationships and points of contact as our company grows. One of my favorite aspects is how benefits are integrated into Rippling, allowing users to quickly view all of that important information.
  • Intuitive UI.
  • Easily access key information about individuals within the company.
  • Easily access my own personal information.
  • I wish notifications were more robust.
  • For features that are un-used by certain user types (reports for example) it would be nice to just hide those options.
  • More fields in user profiles with clickable links to things such as email, slack, etc. would be helpful.
  • Saves time.
  • Reduces questions asked to HR.
  • Employees have more control over certain functions like pay, benefits, PTO.
I have not personally worked with the support team from Rippling, though I do see there is a support link and icon directly next to the user profile in the upper right hand corner. This accessibility is nice. Clicking the link takes you to a page with some articles, or a way to navigate to an external email going directly to the individual who manages our account.

As I mentioned previously in this review, Rippling is one of the most user-friendly HR platforms I have encountered. As a new user logging in for the first time, I was able to complete all of the tasks and functions I wanted without having to ask someone for guidance. That is a big plus in my book!
Rippling has proven to be a very clean and easy to use platform for our new hires. It is not hard to figure out, allowing employees to quickly access the information that they need. Rippling also has their single-sign-on section so we can have access to relevant applications. One other piece I enjoy is the payroll breakdowns. They are visually appealing and provide both a snapshot and detailed view.
