Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Rippling is the system we use for payroll, time and benefits for the Americas region of our business, allowing us to access and manage all these data in a single place. Before, we had several platforms, so Rippling provides a consolidated solution, while also giving us a more modern and simplified interface. (The Europe and Asia regions use different systems.)
  • Ease of use and navigation
  • Single platform for all issues concerning pay, benefits and time management
  • Updates for what's important only (no unnecessary email distributions)
  • Showing accrued time off in days as well as hours.
  • As solely a user of the platform with no administrative role in how we use it, or to what extent, I'm not fit to answer questions about its impact on overall business objectives.
Rippling is a much better platform than the ones I've used in the past. The interface is simpler to understand and navigate, and the data is presented in a user-friendly manner.
I've not had an opportunity to engage with support, so I can't assess this. An N/A option would have been chosen if offered.

As I've stated in previous questions, the usability and navigability of the platform exceed those of any other platforms I've used before, making Rippling the premier choice for the services I use: payroll, time and benefits management.
As a user of the platform, I'm very satisfied with the interface and functionality of the parts that I use: managing time off, pay and benefits. All of the information I need to review is easy to find, the language used to navigate the platform is simple yet descriptive, and even without formal training or onboarding I've had no issue with finding or using the data that I need. Compared to other platforms used previously, Rippling is the most intuitive and navigable platform I've ever used.

Using Rippling

It's the best platform we've used to date, and all users agree it's easy to use.

Evaluating Rippling and Competitors

Yes - It replaced a proprietary system used by one of our sister companies that is headquartered in the UK. The US team's need and use of that system weren't conducive to our productivity--the way in which data was entered, the way the system is designed to alert relevant parties to requests and/or new information, and the responding alert to the user that new info entered has been reviewed/approved were all clunky and often just didn't work as designed.

As I'm not the ultimate decision maker, this is an observation I can only make based on assumptions and outcomes from using Rippling compared to our previous system.

Change management was minimal - Change management was not a part of implementation but is not an option for answering this question.

Rippling Support

I am not aware of whether we have premium support. The features that I use in Rippling have yet to give me cause to contact support.
