Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Payroll, benefits, PTO, tasks, IT and security, device management We use Rippling for a large variety of things including Payroll and Timeclocking, Payroll and Time adjustment, Benefits and Insurance, Actionable tasks for employees, Paid Time Off requests, Information Technology and Security, device monitoring and device management, and a host of other things I may be forgetting. Rippling is a core piece of the ClickUp puzzle!

  • Timeclock UI can easily be "Clocked Out" by mistake as it's in the same location as "Take a break" in some instances.
  • Provides self-service for employees.

  • Provides accurate data on payroll and benefits.
I have only had one small issue with Rippling that required support help, but the response time was quick and the information was accurate. Not only that, but it came at a critical time where if the response was not accurate or quick, I was in a position to potentially not have benefits under Rippling. Thanks to the support team, I was able to get this quickly addressed and fix my issue!

Rippling is easy to use and manage from an employee standpoint. I have had no troubles aside from minor UI issues navigating or making use of these features. I'm able to self-service my hours, and it gives me a sense of personal accountability and trust from my employer to be so equipped in handling my own time and benefits.
Rippling is perfect for any team from the smallest to the largest. We use Rippling heavily for all of our employee processes and with the advent of the Work From Home revolution, I believe that a service like Rippling provides a key way for employees and employers to stay accountable, self-servicing, and connected!
