Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Rippling is used as a benefits hub. Employees can log in to schedule PTO, review benefits enrollment, and look up basic employee profiles.
  • Organized
  • User-friendly
  • Easy set-up
  • Changing the set-up from a personal email to a work email
  • I don't purchase software or track ROI at my company.
I had a problem with logins in the set-up and customer service was very quick to respond and made sure that I had my problem solved!

It's very user-friendly and organized so it's easy to find what you're looking for.
It's very easy to go in and find what information you're looking for regarding benefits and personal information. I have found that it's also easy to modify information if you move or have a name change.
