Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Rippling is used by our company for HR personnel management which includes payroll management, time-off tracking, insurance benefits management, and org. chart management. All of our corporate employees are on the system.

Rippling products caters to being personnel management focused (on the administrator side), but it is not an ATS or Performance Review platform.
