Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We just started using Rippling and it has been a breeze. Rippling explains things well and makes it super easy to make your benefit selection. In the new year, we will be using Rippling for time clocks and what not and I cant wait to see how easy and useful that is. I feel like Rippling is already way better than ADP and I can't wait to continue to use Rippling.

We currently use ADP. ADP was easy to use but definitely not as easy as Rippling. Rippling broke it down and made it easy to understand. I also greatly loved how easy it was to select what I needed and made it super easy to see what I didn't need. I'm very interested to see in the new year how the time tracking works versus ADP time tracking and payroll.
Everything seems great thus far. They are quick to respond with questions and answers and they are great at explaining things thoroughly for us new users. I am excited to see what else Rippling brings with the time management and the punching in and out. I'm not in a management position to decide on anything we use or don't use but so far I feel that it works great.

Rippling is incredibly easy to use. They make it extremely clear and easy to understand. They have made it super use-friendly and have really taken the time to set it up where there are minimal questions that need to be answered. However, when we do have questions they are quick to answer them.
Rippling is so easy and quick to use. Rippling has made it so easy to select benefits and to see what the year will bring.
Rippling has made everything super clear and easy to understand. When it came to selecting benefits they broke it down very easily making it super easy to know what to choose. I couldn't find any issues when it came to this.
