Rippling is a huge help in managing our staff onboarding and payroll. Our staff works remotely across the nation, and the ease of managing HR documents and payroll needs is very easy with Rippling. Rippling also walks managers through each state's onboarding requirements and provides useful templates that can be sent directly to employees.

It was a bit cumbersome to set up on our own and learn the system, but now we have it down.
This is an excellent and affordable system for start-ups, companies with remote workers, and those with staff in multiple states.
