Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use Rippling for both compliance management and time/attendance. It is used to secure our laptops, as well as, release important information and modules to keep us up to date with current compliance initiatives. We also use it for time/attendance/payroll. Additionally, our insurance and benefits are managed through Rippling.

Pros

  • Time and attendance.
  • HR management.
  • Compliance.

Cons

  • Integrations with certain software to provide adherence in addition to time and attendance would be great.
  • Make it easier to adjust incorrect punches.
  • Easier to search company directory and managers.
  • Positive compliance.
  • Positive time and attendance.
  • Positive HR management.

I think it is generally easy to navigate and there has not been many things that are not intuitive.
Adherence it is not well suited for due to lack of external integrations. Although, it does great in general with time and attendance, HR management, compliance, and many other facets. In all, it has quite a few tools all packed into one which is great obviously. I enjoy Rippling for the most part.
