Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We are using Rippling as an HR management platform for employees and independent contractors. It is streamlining our onboarding process and document storage.

Pros

Cons

  • There is a lot in the system(all great info to have), but it's a little confusing to navigate when you are a new user and then to relay to others.
  • As a new user this doesn't yet apply
My implementation support was amazing, I wish I could keep in touch with her beyond implementation but I trust that the support Rippling offers will be just as great.

It's fairly easy to use, however as a new user I found it challenging to navigate the system until I started to more consistently work in it.
I am very likely to recommend this platform!
