Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

The user experience is so easy to use - I can easily find all my apps and info in one place. It makes onboarding new employees so easy and quick. We've really leveraged the time tracking function as our entire company went to a remote model. We use Rippling to streamline our hiring process. Offer letters are signed and hiring managers get instant updates on progress. Our workforce is spread out across the country and Rippling does a great job of providing insight into demographic data.

  • R-pass would use a little work to assign passwords to users in an easier way.
  • MDM is a bit funky requiring several passwords and keys to install routine updates.
  • A live chat function for help would be a welcomed addition.
  • Mobile device management and employee onboarding have been huge areas that have changed for the better since moving to Rippling.

I was not involved in the selection process. That said I've used a number of more complicated systems and Rippling's user experience is hands down the best I've used. As a rapidly growing start-up, we need easy to set up easy to use systems. Rippling solves these needs and provides us with a sturdy backbone to scale.
The user experience for employees and administrators is clean and easy. Makes people and device management a breeze! As a rapidly growing start-up, we need easy to set up easy to use systems. Rippling solves these needs and provides us with a sturdy backbone to scale. Training takes very little time it's easy to learn and use.

I've used a lot of similar systems in my career but Rippling delivers the best user experience. The global search function is great and brings you right to where you need to be. Creating reports is intuitive and fast. The alerting features are helpful to complete tasks. and Rippling has tons of integrations with other apps making IT management a lot easier.
Mobile device management and employee onboarding have been huge areas that have changed for the better since moving to Rippling. Over the last year, our company has doubled in headcount. Rippling helps keep all hiring managers and employees on the same page. We're using the time off tracker to alert others when teammates are out of the office. The ease of use and visibility Rippling provides is great.
