Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use Rippling as a PEO to streamline our HR function... has made life much much easier

Pros

  • Onboarding for Benefits
  • Email communication

Cons

  • Initial email to ask for SSN seemed like spam
  • Allows us to focus on the business and not it's operations
Haven't needed to use support so that is the most important thing
