Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Rippling has made it incredibly easy to access my payroll and time off requests. I use the full web page when I am working and it is just as easy to pull something up on my phone using the app after working hours. I love that I can be making plans with friends or family and pull up a time off calendar right in the moment. Highly recommend for a more modern experience with these functions.
  • Mobile app for looking at paystubs and PTO calendars is great.
  • Integrates into other tools my company uses like Lessonly.
  • Simple and intuitive navigation, always easy to find what I am looking for.
  • Maybe I haven't seen it yet, but I'd like my company to make additional use of other modules.
  • I'd love to see some data on the payroll page if possible. Like tenure, # of paychecks given/left in the year, etc.
  • The ease of using Rippling has definitely made it easier to focus on my job.
I have not had a need to contact Rippling support. That is a good thing!

Both the website and the app offer the full-range of features that I use and I haven't experienced that before. Works great for me.
I've only seen Rippling in one organization that has an unlimited PTO policy and I am working remotely. So I am not sure how great a fit it is for a more traditional workforce that is in the office every day and more limits on PTO. I do think Rippling would also be a great fit for a retail environment or other jobs where employees don't always have access to a computer. The app is great!
