Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

I manage a sales team of 8 and I track attendance and other HR related needs. This has been very easy and efficient with the Rippling tool. I would expect that any small to mid size business would see a positive impact on their business by implementing it. It is cost-effective as well.

The support has not been needed much because the tool is so simple to implement and use, but the times I have needed to ask a question, I have received very quick responses and this has made a positive impact on my workflow and kept things running smoothly during the week.

The simplicity of the tools is amazing. There is very little a person needs to know coming into this project that cannot be addressed in the first few sessions with Rippling. I was impressed with how easy the app functions as well on my iPhone 10.
PTO requests and other attendance related communication has been very easy to manage through Rippling. I also know that employee handbook generation and new hire onboarding is all very easy through the program. I like how it keeps things organized and on task for me during these processes. If you struggle with keeping these tasks organized, Rippling can help.
