Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

We use Rippling to orchestrate HR matters, such as selection of insurance benefits, payroll, new employee background checks, etc.

Pros

  • It is user friendly with big bright buttons and step by step instructions
  • It sends task reminders to your email
  • It is easy to login to and doesn't require you to establish a new password every month

Cons

  • I can't think of any, I'm pretty happy with the service
  • Positive ROI because of ease of use such that it doesn't waste time of employee
I think Rippling is easier to navigate than Bamboo
Have not had any problems with support
