Overall Satisfaction with Rippling
I use Rippling to manage PTO requests. I love that I'm able to quickly approve or deny a request, and also love that I'm able to input a request for an employee who uses a sick day so that they don't need to worry about doing it when they're back. Able to see all past requests in your personal PTO profile. Rippling is great with showing a team organization and who their direct report is, as well as work anniversaries and birthdays. Easy to update insurance benefits with guiding you through a life qualifying event. HSA and FSA accounts are linked easily. Able to see past compensation as well as current in your employee profile, which is handy! Love that everything you need is all on one site that is easy to navigate. 10/10!
