Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

I have used Rippling for onboarding and it was incredibly easy. I am currently utilizing Rippling for daily timekeeping/attendance and benefits enrollment.

Total comfort with use
While onboarding Rippling was able to walk me through step by step. I am middle-aged ( yikes) and it was particularly easy for me to walk through the process. I even went back to double-check if my info was completed. I feel that Rippling literally held my hand and made the onboarding process easy. I am currently using the Rippling app for daily time and attendance and also benefit enrollment and information. The Rippling app houses my insurance info and makes it easy to look up benefit information if needed. I have worked with countless apps over the years and hands down Rippling has been the most user-friendly app that I have experienced.
