Overall Satisfaction with Rippling

Rippling has made it incredibly easy for me as a new employee to get in and request time off, and especially, enroll in benefits. The Benefits enrollment portal was easy, had a great interface, and was very simple to use. It made an often confusing process a breeze. As my company continues to utilize Rippling, it's easy for my managers and IT to make necessary security updates to my computer remotely. Highly recommended! Rippling makes the process of HR interactions a breeze.

I have previously used Ultipro, and it was difficult to use, clunky, and slow. It made for really frustrating HR interactions, and any HR request required a full pdf of instructions for how to upload a single file, etc. It made work difficult and frustrating to use. Rippling is the antithesis to this.
I have not interacted with Rippling support.

It's clear, simple to use, and easy to interact with. Upload processes are easy to find, and benefits and other enrollments or onboarding are effective and quick to move through.
I think Rippling has been great for me as a new employee. It's made simple tasks out of things that can feel daunting with other HR portals. Login is easy, interaction is simple, and the interface is clear and enjoyable to use. I have to say this is not the case with any other HR software I have used.
