Overall Satisfaction with Rippling
Our company uses Rippling for HR management. We're a remote-first company, so as an employee having such a convenient and easily-understandable system is very helpful for onboarding, payroll, time off, etc. It's super easy to use with a clean UI so I've never had any problems trying to use it. The onboarding process was one of the easiest I've ever gone through when starting a new job.
