Overall Satisfaction with Rippling
Rippling has been easy to use for new employee onboarding and open enrollment. I found it well-organized and easy to read — something that's a must for any HR people management software. The screens are easy to follow and help me stay focused on my projects while tending to life's needs. The reminders can be a bit annoying, but they're effective. I haven't had any issues with it and it seems to be a solid solution for the growing Series-B startup that we are. Our workforce is almost all remote and enjoys using Rippling.
